Order-to-Cash Analyst

Tasks:
· Upload bank receipts file to SAP, and reconcile to ensure uploaded correctly.
· Allocate payments to correct customer accounts, liaising with treasury team in Operational Company when further details are required.
· Run payment proposals according to timetable and send through to internal treasury department for authorisation and payment.
· Provide cover for billing clerk during leave and absence.
· Pulling off of Accounts Receivable (AR) monthly reports.
· Send monthly statements to roaming partners who have a net credit balance, and chase by mail/phone for overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.
· Interact though email and telephone with the interconnect partners to agree the monthly payment.
· Provide flexibility to internal treasury department on payment run days.
Requirements:
· Good spoken and written communication skills.
· English language (fluent in both written and verbal)
· Second language is advantage
· Accounting knowledge is advantage

Job purpose:
The Master Data operations team will be organised into two functional areas: The Data Operations team dealing with day to day Master Data creation, changes and blocking. The second team will be a small team that specialise in the delivery of specialist configuration requirements and projects (non standard requests). Initially, the Master Data function will a mix of both operations and projects as required.
Key skills / Performance drivers:
· English written and verbal
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Precise work attitude
· Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
· Strong customer focus
· Knowledge of SAP is advantage
· Strong ability to evaluate business initiatives and determine their impact on transactional processes, business processes, control environment and reporting
· Proficient in MS Office

Tasks:
· Understand and interpret invoices within relevant documentary compliance requirements
· Work with team members to ensure all invoices are correctly matched as well as correct Withholding Tax
· Resolve queries (internal and external) within Service Level Agreements. These queries could be direct from vendors, tax managers or tax clerks in country.
· Determine if queries are 2nd level needs from the Business Support Desk (help desk).
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills.
· English language
· Additional language skill is advantage
· Ability to work well in a team
· SAP skills is an advantage
